Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) ->
(1) He /she should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance). Applicants with qualification equivalent to Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance) from foreign universities can also apply.
(2) A minimum of 15 years post qualification experience.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) ->
(1) He /she should be a 1st Class Graduate Degree in Electronics / IT Engineering / IT Systems Engineering / MCA from a recognized university / Institute.
(2) A minimum of 15 years post qualification experience.
Chief Risk Officer (CRO) ->
(1) He /she should be graduate in Finance, Accounts, Statistics, Economics with post-graduation in same discipline or MBA. However preference shall be given to additional professional qualifications like FRM/CFA/CA/ICWA
(2) A minimum of 20 years post qualification experience.
Market Risk Officers (MRO)->
(1) Graduate in any discipline AND MBA (Banking / Finance) or CA / ICWA. A certification course on Risk Management / Financial Risk Management / Treasury Mgmt. shall carry due weightage. Minimum 03 Years experience in Risk Management, Department of PSBs. (OR)
(2) Graduate in any discipline AND MBA (Banking / Finance) or CA / ICWA. A certification course on Risk Management / Financial Risk Management / Treasury Mgmt. shall carry due weightage. Minimum 05 Years experience in Risk Management, Department of PSBs.
Selection Process: Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
