Educational Qualifications:

General Manager (Production)	A recognized full time engineering degree in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing/ Electrical/ Electronics with minimum 55% marks. A minimum 18 years post qualification experience.
Sr. Manager (Marketing)	A full time engineering degree with minimum 55% marks. Minimum 14 years post qualification experience.
Manager (Finance)	Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI). Minimum 12 years post qualification experience.
Manager Project Management (Civil)	Full time engineering degree in Civil with minimum 55% marks from recognized university / institute. Minimum 12 years post qualification experience.
Dy. Manager (Material Management)	A recognized engineering degree in Mechanical / Production with minimum 55% marks from recognized university/ institute. A minimum 10 years post qualification experience.
Dy. Manager (Marketing)	A recognized engineering degree with 55% marks from recognized university / institute. A minimum 10 years post qualification experience.
Medical Officer	MBBS Degree is essential. Qualification should be recognized by Medical Council of India. Candidates should also be registered with either Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. A Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
Internal Auditor	Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India. A Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
Accounts Officer	Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
Personnel & Administrative Officer	A recognized degree in any discipline and MBA (HR) /Post Graduate  Degree / Diploma in Personnel / HR/ IR / Management with minimum 55% marks. Degree in Law would be an added advantage. A Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
Accountant	Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) with 04 years in field of accounting functions.
Q.C. Assistant cum Technical Assistant (Mechanical)	03 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Q.C. Assistant cum Technical Assistant (Electronics)	03 years Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
Junior Clerk/ Assistant	Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University and Min  6 months Certificate Course in Computer Application. English Typing @ 30 w.p.m. on computer or Hindi Typing @ 25 w.p.m. on computer.
Press Operator	Certificate from a recognized ITI in Sheet Metal worker Trade. 02 years experience.
Millwright/ Mechanic	Certificate from a recognized ITI in Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenance (MMTM) Trade. 02 years experience.
Machinist	Certificate from a recognized ITI in Machinist trade. 02 years experience.
Fitter	Certificate from a recognized ITI in Fitter trade. 02 years experience.
