Application Fee: A Non-refundable application fee of ₹ 2000/- for General (UR) category persons and ₹ 1000/- for OBC/ SC/ ST domiciled in the state of Uttar Pradesh, needs to be online paid before the application form can be filled on line.
How to Apply: Eligible Interested candidates apply online from SGPGI Website. The deadline for filling the online form is 21/08/2017 up to 5:00 PM. The candidates need to first pay the application fee online, latest by 18th August, 2017, 17:00 hours Indian Standard Time (IST) failing which it will not be possible to apply. The application form will become available for online filling after a gap of one working day (for instance, if fee is deposited on Saturday, 5th August 2017, the form will become available on Tuesday, 8th August, 2017, after a gap of one working day, i.e. Monday).
