East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar (Odisha State) invites applications from Indian nationals for recruitment against Cultural quota vacancies in Group-C for the year 2018-19. The closing date for submission of applications is 24th September 2018.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2018): UR - 18 to 28 Years, OBC - 18 to 33 Years, SC / ST - 18 to 35 Years
Pay Scale: Pay Band-1, ₹ 5200-20200 (Grade pay ₹ 1900/-) in Pay Level-2 of RS(RP) Rules, 2016
Professional Cultural Qualifications:
| Keyboard/ Harmonium Player –> | Possession of degree / diploma / certificate in Keyboard/ Harmonium from Government recognized institute. |
| Violin / Guitar Player –> | Possession of degree / diploma / certificate in Violin/ Guitar from Government recognized institute. |
Educational Qualification: Matric with 12th Class (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. (50% marks in the aggregate will be required for NTPC categories. 50% marks are not required for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen candidates.). Pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board and having ITI certificate may also apply to be posted as Tech-III.

Examination Fee: ₹ 500/- for General and OBC category Candidates; ₹ 250/- for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Women, Minorities, and Economic Backward Classes. (whose family income is less than ₹ 50,000/- per annum). The Candidates should submit application fee for an amount min the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order from any Nationalized Bank, or crossed Indian Postal Order from any Post Office.
How To Apply: Application in the prescribed format. Candidates should send their completed applications by ordinary post to the Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment), 2nd Floor, South Block , Rail Sadan, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha - 751017. Alternatively, candidates can drop their applications directly in Drop Box placed at the office premises of Chief Personnel Officer, 2nd Floor, South Block, Rail Sadan, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar, Odisha - 751017. Applicant should write on the top of the envelope containing the application as follows: "Application against Cultural Quota Recruitment for the year 2018-19 “. The last date for submission of applications is 24th September 2018 up to 6:00 PM. For residents of Andaman, Nicobar and Lakshadweep closing date is 9th October 2018 up to 6:00 PM.
