The Union Public Service Commission UPSC will hold the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II), 2018 tentative held on 9th September 2018. The UPSC NDA Exam for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of NDA for 142nd Course and for the 104th Indian Naval Academy Course commencing from 2nd July, 2019. The UPSC NDA 2 2018 online registration end on 2nd July 2018.

Educational Qualifications:
| For Army Wing of National Defense Academy -> | Matric with 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University. |
| For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defense Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy -> | Matric with 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University. |
