Scientist -> M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent degree in concerned Engineering discipline (OR) Ph.D. in required areas of engineering (Thesis submitted - subject to production of documentary proof).
Senior Scientist -> Ph.D. in required subjects with 2 years experience.
Principal Scientist -> Ph.D. in required subjects with 3 years experience.
