Educational Qualifications:

Personal Assistant –>	Any Degree. Skill Test Norms: Dictation : 10 Minutes @ 100 WPM, Transcription - 40 Minutes English or 55 Minutes Hindi on a Computer.
Librarian Grade III –>	(1) Bachelor Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Service OR B.Sc. Degree or equivalent and Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Library Science. (2) Minimum 02 years professional experience.
Technical Assistant/ Technician –>	B.Sc. degree in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent. 5 Years' experience in the concerned field. (OR) Diploma in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent. 8 Years' experience in the concerned field.
Store Keeper –>	Degree and Post-graduate degree/ Diploma in Material Management (OR) Bachelor's Degree in Material management with 03 years' experience.
Warden (Hostel Warden) –>	Graduate Degree and Diploma/ Certificate in House Keeping/ Material Management/ Public Relations/ Estate Management. Possessing two years' Experience of handling hostels.
Cashier –>	Degree in Commerce and At least 2 years' experience of handling accounts work of a Government Organization and Having proficiency in Computer application.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC) –>	(1) Any Degree. (2) Proficiency in computers. (3) Skill test norm: same as that of Lower Division Clerk.

Application Fee: A Non refundable fee of ₹ 1000/- for General / OBC / Ex-serviceman Candidates; No fee for Women/ SC/ ST/ Person with Disabilities (PWD). Application fee is required to be remitted online only. The online payment mode like Credit Card / Debit Card or Net Banking.

Age Relaxation: 05 Years in case of post reserved for SC /ST candidates and 03 years for the post reserved for OBC candidate as per rules of the Govt. of India. Relaxation for Persons with Disabilities is admissible as per rules. Relaxation of 05 years for Government servants as per rules.

Essential Qualifications:

Faculty Posts ->

(1) A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.)
(2) A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD/MS in concerned medical discipline or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline or subject.
(3) Experience - 14 Years for Professor, 10 Years for Additional Professor, 06 Years for Associate Professor, 03 Years for Assistant Professor.

Senior Residents ->

(1) A Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in respective / concerned discipline from recognized university/ Institute.
(2) If candidates i.e., MD/MS/DNB are not available/eligible in any particular specialty, those who are having 02 years Post Graduate Diploma after M.B.B.S in the concerned specialty can be considered.

Tutor / Demonstrator ->

(1) MBBS / M.Sc Post Graduate in concerned / respective medical discipline.

Application Fee: A Non-refundable fee of ₹ 500/- for General and OBC Category Candidates; ₹ 250/- for SC / ST Category Candidates. The fee in the form of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of the Director, JIPMER, Puducherry payable at State Bank of India, JIPMER Branch, Puducherry-605006. This fee exempted for PWD Category candidates.

Selection Process:

(1) For Faculty Posts -> Personal interview Only.
(2) For Senior Resident & Tutor/Demonstrator posts -> Written Test and Interview.
